Quality management

In order to ensure that our projects and services meet the demands placed on them in the interests of our customers, we have established a quality management system (QM system) that fulfils the requirements of AZAV.... The structure of the QM system is based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. This applies to the overarching processes and the services within the framework of the work opportunities in the individual eco-troops. The requirements of AZAV apply to services within the framework of employment promotion in the scope of SGB II and SGB III.
They also apply to projects carried out in cooperation with ministries (ESF), the job centre and the employment agency. Furthermore, it is ensured that the business processes that have an impact on quality are planned, controlled and monitored throughout. In this way, we fulfil the defined requirements that are imposed on us by our customers and in the form of rules and regulations.
