The Gemeinnützige Beschäftigungs- und Qualifizierungsgesellschaft mbH Donnersbergkreis was founded on 28 December 2004. The shareholders are the district of Donnersbergkreis and the five municipalities in the Donnersbergkreis.
The purpose of the company is to promote, support and integrate young and unemployed people for personal and social stabilisation and for integration into the labour market. One of the goals is to accept the challenges of a changing society and to implement them individually.

The primary goal is to achieve customer satisfaction for the individual customer or customer groups. The purpose of the company is to promote, support and integrate unemployed people, especially young people, the long-term unemployed, older people, single parents, people with a migration background as well as other target groups of the labour market with complex profiles, to integrate them into the training and labour market and to reintegrate them professionally and socially. At the same time, the aim is to achieve personal and social stabilisation and to gain a personal perspective.

The purpose of the society is realised in particular by:

• Up-to-date labour market analyses in order to identify social and labour market trends and to develop, carry out and successfully implement suitable educational and integration measures.
  • Projects for stabilisation and integration into the general labour market
  • Employment of the unemployed and social welfare recipients by arranging work opportunities with additional compensation in the field of non-profit work
  • Qualification measures for the unemployed and social welfare recipients
  • Integration of people with a migration background and/or disabilities.

 Our staff members who instruct, supervise and accompany unemployed people and young people are foremen, instructors and social workers.

 The mission statement is reviewed every two years by the management in consultation with the staff to ensure that it is consistent and up to date.

In order to ensure that our projects and services meet the demands placed on them in the interests of our customers, we have established a quality management system (QM system) that fulfils the requirements of AZAV.... This applies to the overarching processes and the services within the framework of the work opportunities in the individual eco-troops. The requirements of AZAV apply to services within the framework of employment promotion in the scope of SGB II and SGB III.
They also apply to projects carried out in cooperation with ministries (ESF), the job centre and the employment agency. Furthermore, it is ensured that the business processes that have an impact on quality are planned, controlled and monitored throughout. In this way, we fulfil the defined requirements that are imposed on us by our customers and in the form of rules and regulations.
