Our clients include: Job centre, employment agency, district and municipalities (youth welfare office, social welfare offices) as well as the state for the implementation of our projects. The purpose of the Company shall be realised by:

Unemployed people in particular, especially young people, the long-term unemployed and people with a migration background, must be supported in the process, recognise, perceive and make use of their opportunities and possibilities. Getting people into work - supporting and challenging - can only succeed if these people are accompanied, supported and challenged on their path through life.

Among other things, the teaching of social and key qualifications is of great importance. For example, the participants learn a structured daily routine, punctuality, reliability, diligence, etc. within the framework of work opportunities. To this end, the participants are deployed in various fields of work that give them the opportunity to expand their skills step by step. Socio-pedagogical support and networking are becoming increasingly important in our society and play a major role in the work with the participants. This is the basis of a trusting cooperation. With regard to participants with a migration background, attention is also paid to teaching the German language and the value system in Germany. These two points are the initial focus of the work.

Within the framework of educational and qualification measures, knowledge and qualifications are imparted, for example, in the craft sector (wood and metal, bricklaying, gardening and landscaping), in the domestic sector (tailoring) and tested in the respective practical fields (internship, etc.). Within the framework of the work opportunities, especially for our participants with a migration background, daily structures are created that are essential for life in our system.

The employment and qualification company currently has two locations with workshops (Alsenz and Marnheim).

Foremen, instructors and social workers are employed to guide, support and accompany the unemployed people.

Our measures are carried out according to the deficit-resource analysis in order to promote, challenge and care for the participants individually. In order to achieve the agreed goals, to provide structures, and to enable inclusion and integration, it is important to provide care with a holistic approach by social workers, pedagogues and supervisors as well as instructors.

In order to ensure that our projects and services meet the demands placed on them in the interests of our customers, we have established a quality management system (QM system) that fulfils the requirements of AZAV....
